End of Term Update
Hello to the families and students of Room 16! We have been very busy as the end of Term 2 has been rapidly approaching. Here are some photographs of what we have been up to. In English, the students have really enjoyed being able to work collaboratively during Literacy rotations. It is a great opportunity for them to work as a team and extend their knowledge of concepts we have learned in class. In Mathematics, we have been focusing on counting small collections of coins and notes. Here are some photographs of students enjoying a recent activity where they designed their own cafe menu and added up totals of their menu items. In Science, we have been focusing on different types of force. Recently, the students designed their own object and made a prediction whether their object would float or sink.
